Full Refund / Cancellation Policy

If there are any changes to your trip to Cambodia, it’s always possible to either put your booking on hold (bookings never expire) or reschedule your new travel dates. We also offer full refunds if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to your tour. All bookings canceled within 24 hours of the tour departure are not refundable. If the tour is operated then a refund is no longer possible. However, if you don’t see the lights on the tour, you will have unlimited retries to rebook again until you see them.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes, it is of course possible to arrange a private tour! Private tours are very popular with larger groups of friends and families. We have given an option to choose between Join-tour and private tour. You can get instant booking your tour, we have made it available on our website

What is a dietary requirement?

If you have any specific food requirements (vegetarian, vegan, food allergies), please inform in advance so that we can provide notice to our tour guide.

What is your weather policy?

Our tours run rain or shine, and we have raincoat available at our office or during the tour for anyone that needs them. We encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and to dress accordingly.

Is this tour offered in any other languages, or only English?

All scheduled tours are in English, but private tours can be scheduled in other languages as you request.
